This is a Notice of Intent (NOI), not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Dataworks Development, Inc., 6608 216th Street, SW, Suite 100, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043-2084, United States, to procure a Summit Server - Customer Care Program and Account Success Package software renewal.
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases' (NIAID), Vaccine Research Center (VRC), was established to facilitate research in vaccine development. The VRC is dedicated to improving global human health through the rigorous pursuit of effective vaccines for human diseases. Within the VRC, the goal of the Vaccine Immunology Program (VIP) is to facilitate the coordinated development and deployment of state-of-the-art technologies and analyses, which can be utilized effectively for vaccine discovery, early development and testing of clinical products.
Project Description:
The Freezerworks Summit Edition Software and related Freezerworks software (collectively “Freezerworks”) created by Dataworks Development Inc. (Dataworks) is currently used in support of ongoing research and testing at the VIP. The VIP provides services to the VRC by supporting the development of monoclonal antibodies and vaccines for infectious diseases such as HIV, Influenza, Ebola and SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus. Services such as Freezerworks customer care program is needed to maintain access to customer support and access to upgrades for our existing Freezerworks Client Server as additional uses and needs are realized.
