The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is DATA SECURITY, INC of Lincoln, NE. The procurement is for data collection, software maintenance and support for existing products for the Insider Threat Analytical services and satisfies the requirement for enhanced web-based investigative tools. As a result of this sole source award DATA SECURITY, INC shall provide continuous support for existing products. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the above-referenced services.
