- This is a notification of an award of a sole source procurement under NAICS code 621111: Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists): This U.S. industry comprises establishments of health practitioners having the degree of M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) or D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy) primarily engaged in the independent practice of general or specialized medicine (except psychiatry or psychoanalysis) or surgery. These practitioners operate private or group practices in their own offices (e.g., centers, clinics) or in the facilities of others, such as hospitals or HMO medical centers. These services are to be awarded to Prairie Band Health Services, Incorporated and Four Winds Staffing, LLC.
This will be for Indian Health Services for the Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) located in Polacca, Arizona for the Inpatient Unit Physician Services for a period of nine (9) months from 1 November 2025 through 31 July 2026 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C 3304 (a) (1).
