SOLE SOURCE AWARD NOTICE
The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to AB Staffing Solutions, LLC. The company shall provide laboratory professional staffing services to the Billings Area Indian Health Service Locations which consist of the following service units: Browning Service Unit, Crow Service Unit, Fort Belknap Service Unit, Fort Peck Service Unit, Little Shell Service Unit, and Northern Cheyenne Service Unit. AB Staffing Solutions will provide services interim while the multiple year contract is competed and awarded.
This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the laboratory Staff whom are cleared to perform immediate services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government.
