This is a Sole Souce procurement to Chase Supply Inc. See attached Sole Source Justification.
Synopsis
SATURATION FLY AWAY DIVE SYSTEM (SATFADS) ANALOX SUBMK4F SPARE SYSTEM COMPONENTS
The Navy Experimental Diving Unit Panama City Division (NEDU) has a requirement to procure one (1) Analox SUBMK4F Main System (MS) and one (1) Analox SUBMK4F Spare System Components (SSC). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for the delivery of the material to Chase Defense Partners (CDP). This procurement is sole source to the fact that Analox is an approved manufacturer of atmospheric monitoring devices IAW the NAVSEA 00C3 Authorized for Navy Use (ANU) List and Chase Defense Partners is the sole U.S. military distributor of Analox products.
