Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) hereby announces its intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract modification on a sole-source basis to Conrad Shipyard, LLC, located at 1501 Front St., Morgan City, LA 70380-3032, for the procurement of one (1) Yard Repair, Berthing and Messing Barge (YRBM). This requirement is a Follow-On to existing contract N00024-22-C-2253.
The required delivery date for the craft is 28 February 2028. The contract action will include one craft with delivery, as well as options for Procurement of Initial Outfitting (PIO) recommended spares and Crew Familiarization.
This contract action is being conducted on a sole-source basis pursuant to the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
Purpose of this Notice:
This Special Notice is for informational purposes only. It is intended to inform industry of NAVSEA's intent to award a sole-source contract modification to Conrad Shipyard, LLC for the described YRBM requirement. This is not a Sources Sought notice. No solicitation is currently available, and this is not a request for competitive proposals.
