The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a sole source basis with Ex Libris USA, Inc., 8593 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial products and commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a SF 1449 solicitation will not be issued. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 24 January 2025 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N018925Q0008 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.
This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-07 and DFARS Change Notice 20251213. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
