Description of Requirement:The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to IMPLAN GROUP, LLC, a small business, for the procurement of 5 Implan software licenses. These licenses are required to support the Branch of Technical Operations and ensure compatibility with existing systems. Justification Rationale:This acquisition was conducted as a sole source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), as only one responsible source was identified, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
