ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement to procure new manufacture and/or repair of 4CW, Single Duty (SD) and Double Duty (DD) Switch (SWT) Tetrode Tubes.
This requirement is planned as a non-commercial, Firm-Fixed price (FFP), indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of five (5) years for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS), with an estimated total of $21M. The following is the planned CLIN structure:

SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Communications & Power Industries (CPI), Econco Division, 1318 Commerce Ave, Woodland, CA, 95778-5908 (Cage Code 5K166) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. CPI Econco Division is the only source which has the capability to manufacture/repair the 4CW, Single Duty (SD) and Double Duty (DD) Switch (SWT) Tetrode Tubes.
