The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Watanabe Enterprises, LLC. The company shall provide Professional Healthcare Staffing services to the Billings Area Indian Health Service at Northern Cheyenne Service Unit. Watanabe Enterprises will provide services in the interim while the multiple year contract is advertised and awarded.
This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the Professional Healthcare Staffing who are cleared to perform immediate services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice. A determination not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government.
