NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCEThe Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Gila River Indian Community, under NAICS code 221310 - Water Supply and Irrigation Systems services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). The requirement is for a vendor to provide Freshwater, Sewage, and Waste Removal Services at the Desert Visions Youth Wellness Center. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.If you can provide all of the equipment and services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to Minkyu.kim@ihs.gov referencing notice number IHS1512376 NLT the date and time referenced on SAM.gov.
