ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement to procure Test Requirement Documents (TRDs) in support of future Organic Depot activation at NSWC Crane for the for the AN/ZSR-1 Low Band Subsystem (LBS). The AN/ZSR-1 LBS is part of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) sensor system. It supports the Triton-s persistent broad area intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance mission in maritime, littoral, and overland environments. The system consists of four Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA)s: two (2) Band C Radio Frequency Distribution (RFD) units (port and starboard), one (1) Band ABC RFD unit, and one (1) Low Band Chassis (LBC). The proposed contract action is for the procurement of data for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Argon ST, 12701 Fair Lakes Circle, Suite 800, Fairfax VA 22033, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) (statutory authority 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1)), only one responsible source. The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis because Argon ST is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and own the data package.
