The Government is seeking qualified sources to produce and deliver the Routing Logic RadioInterface Unit (RLRIU) to support the Patriot Missile System. The Defense Logistics Agencywill issue any future solicitations from this requirement against the umbrella contract,SPRBL1-25-D-0006, and associated subsumable contract to be issued by DLA AviationHuntsville.

This item is restricted to: RAYTHEON, CAGE CODE: 05716. As a result, this acquisition iscurrently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having onlya limited number of responsible sources. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively isnot physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequatespecifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitivesolicitation.
The contractor shall be capable of successfully performing and complying with any and allspecial requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitationannotated above, at the unit prices established at time of a contract award.
