Description
The East Services Branch, Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX is issuing this Solicitation to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to execute a Sole Source Award to bioMérieux, Inc., 515 Colorow Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84108, utilizing the authority of Title 41 U.S.C. §1901(e)(2) as implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.
The contractor shall supply the Masterclave 20 and VC-Peristaltic Pump PMi. Requirment is for the Microbiology Section, Food Analysis and Diagnostic Laboratory, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234.
