Description
The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole source solicitation/contract to Sunhillo Corp. (CAGE Code:1KTP6). Sunhillo is the OEM and the only authorized service provider for the following requirement:
Product Service Description: Annual Combined Hardware and Software Maintenance Agreement. This maintenance contract ensures the sustained operational readiness, security, and optimal performance of these mission-critical systems by providing access to ongoing software updates, critical security patches, firmware upgrades, expert technical support, and comprehensive hardware repair/replacement services.
