The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East is issuing this Solicitation to inform industry contractors of the Government-s intent to execute a Sole Source Award to to an authorized distributor of the manufacturer Interacoustics under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This requirement is for a Brand Name, firm fixed price contract.
These Brand Name products must be sourced to a vendor that is an authorized distributor of the manufacturer Interacoustics.
Interacoustics has identified E3 Diagnostics as the sole source factory trained representative for the sale, installation, calibration, and service of the Interacoustics, Micromedical by Interacoustics and Virtualis product portfolios and all related service within zip codes 233-239 in Virginia, 270-279 and 283-285 in North Carolina, and 294-295 and 299 in South Carolina.
In addition, Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions has been identified by E3 Diagnostics as an Authorized Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) distributor within the US.
The contractor shall supply one each, 8514242 Interacoustics Eclipse Test EP25 which includes one each 8521137 EP Pro mobile Cart; one Kit 8521518 Interacoustics Eclipse Cart Add-on; one each 1000686 Misc. Computer Accessories; one each 8517470 OtoAccess Database; one each 8122535 Installation; and one each 8511215 easy screen cart power strip. Requirement is for the Hearing Conservation Clinic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC.
Anticipated Delivery Date is 1 July 2025.
