The 52nd Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively via Sealed Bidding for the replacement of a boiler with an air-to-water heat pump system on Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Additionally, this project will include the replacement of all fan coils, radiators, and heating distribution throughout the facility, as well as a new ventilation system for a specific building area. The awarded contractor shall need to provide all management, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to complete this project. All contract performance shall be in accordance with standards which will be outlined in the posting of the forthcoming Statement of Work.
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 236220.
**This solicitation shall be conducted via sealed bidding, please see Section L of the solicitation document for instructions on what to enclose in a sealed bid.**
