Dear Prospective Quoter:Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Left Hand Drive (LHD), C-Segment SportUtility Vehicle (SUV) for the U.S. Embassy Ankara. If you would like to submit quotation,follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of theattached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that followsthis letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submittingan acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initialquotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies inthe competitive range if there is a need to do so.Quotations are due by Friday, June 23rd, 2025, on or before 3:00 p.m. (GMT +3 hrs.) Noquotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incompleteproposals will not be accepted.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to ankara-gso-procurement-dl@state.gov It isimportant to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. A completed solicitation, in which the SF-1449 cover page (blocks 12, 17, 19-24, and 30 asappropriate), Section 1 and Section 5 have been filled out.
2. Solicitation Amendments: Provide a signed copy of solicitation amendments (if any).
3. SAM Registration Proof: For proposals exceeding $30,000.00, submit proof of registrationwith the System for Award Management, including Unique Entity Identification Number(UEI) and NCAGE numbers.
4. Datasheets and Catalogues: Include datasheets and catalogues of the proposed vehicle.
