This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation number is W9911S7-25-R-0007, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) (see attachments). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, hereby announces a solicitation for a small business set-aside, Firm Fixed-Price, requirements contract for Carpet and Flooring services in supporting the United States Army Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The duration of the contract will include a one-year base period plus four-year periods. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238330 (Flooring Contractors). The work to be performed may include carpet and flooring replacement, maintenance, and repair as part of routine life cycle maintenance of buildings.
