NOTICE: This document is issued as a Draft Solicitation Notice solely to provide industry with advance awareness of the Government’s anticipated requirements. It is provided for Phase I of this Two-Phase Design-Build Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for informational and planning purposes only.
