DLA IS PLANNING TO SOLICIT TO ESTABLISH A 5 YEAR IDIQ CONTRACT IN SUPPORT OF THE GENERAL PURPOSE ELECTRONIC TEST EQUIPMENT (GPETE) PROGRAM. THE ITEM TO BE PROCURED IS A BIT RATE ERROR TESTER THAT MEETS THE SPECIFICATIONS IN PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT #4590 DTD 27 MAR 2025 ATTACHED TO THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES ISSUING A FIRM FIXED PRICE 5 YEAR IDIQ CONTRACT WITH AN ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY OF 20 EACH. THE GOVERNMENT PLANS TO ISSUE A SINGLE AWARD. THE PLANNED CONTRACT PERIODS ARE 3 BASE YEARS AND 2 ONE YEAR OPTION PERIODS.
