Dear Prospective Bidders:
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a price proposal for Local Guard Force Battle Dress Uniforms acquisition.
You must email your quote to Ankara-GSO-Procurement DL@state.gov by 1600 hours on June 18, 2025, at the latest. After this time and date, no quotations will be received.
Please send sample of each uniform items to the below address no later than 18 June 2025.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
Standard Form 18 including VI. Pricing Section Signed copy of solicitation amendments (if any) For the proposals over $30,000, proof showing that System Award Management Registry, Unique Entity ID and NCAGE numbers were completed. Filled and signed NDAA 889 Compliance document in Attachment 1. Filled and signed Certification regarding compliance with applicable federal anti-discrimination law in Attachment 2. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov by email, before 1600 hours on June 03rd , 2025.
