NSWC PCD intends to award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) follow-on Requirements Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source bases to Georgia Tech Applied Research Corp. (GTARC), 926 Dalney St NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 - (CAGE Code 1FEZ4) a non-profit organization it is capacity as a Department of Defense University Affiliated Research Center (UARC).
