The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza So., Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase Public Announce System for the Squadron Officer School. PROPOSALS FROM LARGE BUSINESSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This official announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals will be requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is full-and-open for SMALL BUSINESSES and ONLY proposals from SMALL BUSINESSES will be accepted. All proposals must be emailed, no fax or hard copy proposals will be accepted. If you have issues transmitting your proposal, please email the above and a DoD SAFE link will be sent to you or you can use the website at https://safe.apps.mil/ to submit your proposal.
Brief Description of Requirement:
Design of a PA system suitable for announcements made centrally from the catwalk to be audible in all 22 obstacle course tasks. PA system should include at least:- Amplifier, with Bluetooth capability- Wireless microphones (2)- Outdoor rack/enclosure to house amplifier and microphones- Sufficient outdoor rated speakers to cover all 22 tasks. Speakers should be mounted to existing canopy members.- Conduit and wiringThe above deliverables will be delivered and installed under an outdoor canopy. Power is available at the canopy-s northeast column.The delivery location is 251 W. Sycamore, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 (B1425/1446).The contractor will be required to install these deliverables according to manufacturer-s instructions and standards.
