The purpose of this announcement is to solicit quotes for the supplies as indicated in the attached RFQ document and Attachment 01 Pricing Sheet.
This requirement is BRAND NAME MANDATORY due to the form, fit, function needs of the FAA. Similar items will not be considered.
The FAA intends to award a single firm fixed-price Purchase Order to the offeror with the overall lowest price who is eligible to receive the award, in accordance with the terms and conditions, and representations and certifications of the attached RFQ.
Offerors are cautioned that there are representations and certifications throughout the RFQ document that must be responded to. It is the FAA's intent to make an award before September 24, 2025, and there is very limited time to conduct communications with offerors to clarify missing information from their offers. As such, the FAA intends to make an award based on initial offers received and reserves the right to reject any offers that do not complete the RFQ document or price list.
How to Respond and Award Eligibility
To be eligible for award, offerors must be determined responsive and responsible.
To be determined responsive, offerors must complete and submit the following before the closing of the solicitation period:
Completed RFQ Document: (Completed Page 1, Completed Lot pricing on Page 2, Completed Reps and Certs throughout the document and highlighted for your convenience.) Completed Attachment 01 Price SheetTo be determined responsible, offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management, possess no active exclusions or adverse contractor responsibility determinations, and certify as a small business under the NAICS Code specified at the top of this announcement or a similar/relevant NAICS with an equal small business size standard.
