The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is issuing this solicitation to acquire Training Support Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and Part 15 and award made on a competitive best value basis, using a trade-off among price and non-price factors.
A draft solicitation notice was posted on March 21, 2025. Changes HAVE BEEN MADE to the details of the project since the posting of the draft solicitation. Changes noted, but are not limited to, include:
