The purpose of update 0002 is to issue Amendment 0001 to W912CH-24-R-0180 and extend the due date. See attachment Solicitation Amendment W912CH24R0180 0001 SF 30 for the summary of changes located on Page 2.

The purpose of this update 0001 is to attach Questions and Answers (17 June 2025) regarding this Solicitaton. A forthcoming amendment to the RFP will be posted and an extension to the solicitation closing date will be provided with the amendment.

The US Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000 is intending to award a Firm Fixed Price, 3 Year- Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Chemical Agent Resistant Coating-Low Solar Absorption (CARC-L) Paint System thorugh solicitation W912CH-24-R-0180. This action will be using a competitive total small business set-aside in accordnace with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(b)(1). All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16). At the time of award, the offeror must be qualified by U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) to manufacture CARC-L in the colors specified in accordance with MIL-DTL-64159C or MIL-DTL-53039F. An award date in 4th Quarter Fiscal Year 2025 is anticipated for this action. All contractors must be registered in DoDs System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov.
