    The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) isissuing this solicitation for the one-time requirement for the Cranes and Hoists Servicesat West Point, NY. The Period of Performance is from 21 August 2025 through 30September 2025.
    This requirement is unrestricted with full and open competition under NAICS code811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive andElectronic) Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $12.5 Million and PSC is J040.
    In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under theappropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) atwww.sam.gov prior to submitting their proposals and must be registered inSAM.Gov prior to submitting their proposals in order to be considered for award.
