Description:
The Town of Farmville (\"Owner\" or \"Town\") is soliciting Conceptual Phase PPEA Proposals that follow the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA) Guidelines adopted by the Farmville Town Council on August 13, 2025. This solicitation is for interested teams that have experience in the design and construction of fire stations and/or similar public safety facilities. From the responses received, the Owner intends to select a qualified Proposer to provide turn-key design and construction services for the expansion of the Farmville Fire Station.
