***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide two (2) automated Solid Phase Extraction Systems for the Minnesota Department of Health. The State anticipates purchasing at least two (2) units or systems and may purchase additional pieces of equipment on an as needed basis during the life of the Contract. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $120,000 to $180,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional one (1) year in increments determined by the State.
