THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY The Bureau of Reclamation¿s Water Treatment Laboratory has a Name Brand or Equal requirement for the purchase Solid Surface Zeta Potential Analyzer. The minimum specification required are as follows:CLIN 010: Zeta Potential Analyzer (Anton Paar SurPASS¿ 3 Standard Electrokinetic Analyzer) or Equal¿ Designed for direct measurement of solid surface zeta potential using streaming current measurement, accuracy +/- 2.5 mA¿ Fully automated pH titration over the range pH 2-pH 12¿ Measurement of adsorption kinetics with automated pressure control¿ Software to operate system ¿ Sensors and all required accessories for measurement of: pH, Conductivity, 0.1 - 1000 mS/mCLIN 020: Set of two silver chloride (AgCl) electrodesCLIN 030: Mounting cells Adjustable gap cell for planar samples up to 10 mm x 20 mm, including flat membrane sheetsCLIN 040: Clamping cell for polymer films and sheets, metals, ceramics, and glassCLIN 050: Measuring Cell for hollow fiber membranesCLIN 060: Preventative maintenance onsite ¿ 2 occurrences of onsite maintenance ¿ 3-year warranty on purchases instrument CLIN 070: Installation, validation / calibration standards for system operation ¿ Onsite training ¿ The authorized/certified dealers shall provide the delivery, installation, and training for the instrument at the water treatment laboratory.This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future.
