This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.302 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70B03C25Q00000138 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07. This requirement is being solicited as a full and open competitive acquisition. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection.
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol (USBP), Tucson Sector area of operations requires a Contractor to provide Solid Waste Collection Services to numerous locations throughout the Tucson Sector in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) (70B03C25Q00000138 - Attachment One).
** Prospective Quoters must provide a quote to cover all locations as required by the SOW. Partial quotes for services to some or part of the locations will not be accepted or reviewed.
The deadline for receipt of quotes for this requirement is: Friday, March 14, 2025, at 1500 Eastern Standard Time (EST). Quote submissions must be submitted by email only to Contracting Officer Frank Duarte at frank.s.duarte@cbp.dhs.gov Subject line of the email should read: 70B03C25Q00000138 Quote Submission: USBP Tucson Sector Solid Waste Collection Services. All pricing submitted must be valid for up to 30 calendar days after close of the solicitation.
