- Iredell County intends to create an area to collect and load used tires into semi-trailers and an area to collect, process, and load recycled asphalt shingles. The project will include an option to repair a storm water culvert at the ICATS department. Iredell County intends to award a service contract to a single vendor to provide all site work, product, materials, labor, equipment, etc. to grade, construct retaining walls, storage bunkers, concrete un-loading & loading pads, stormwater diversion berms & swales, stone topped, recycled asphalt, or concrete pavement access roads, and vegetation.Iredell County intends to award to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder that provides the most advantageous bid to the County, taking into consideration references, previous projects completed, pricing and timing for delivery. Iredell County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award in the best interest of the County.
