SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION SERVICES April 29, 2025 The City of Valley Park (hereinafter “City”) is currently seeking bids from qualified firms to provide transfer station services and disposal of its residential and commercial solid waste. The City operates its own solid waste utility and collects approximately 1,800 tons of waste per year. The City wishes to enter into a multi-year contract with one firm to be the exclusive provider of transfer station services and waste disposal. All submitted bids must include the following: • Name and contact information of the person submitting the bid on behalf of the firm. • Name and contact information of the person who will serve as the City-s main point of contact throughout the duration of the agreement. • The name, location, hours of operation, and supervisor of the proposed transfer station. The proximity of the proposed transfer station to the Valley Park City Limits will be considered when evaluating all submitt
