Soo Locks Generator and Duct Bank - This is a New Source Notice is to notify firms the NAICS Code change from 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction to NAICS 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. The Old Source Sought Notice was published under Number W911XK24R0004 (see attachment). For the New Solicitation Number is W911XK25RA040.
In accordance with FAR Part 10 - Market Research, the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District is conducting new market research to determine the availability of entities within the market to support the Soo Locks Generator and Duct Bank.
Responses will be collected via the attached questionnaire only. Data collected from the responses will become the property of the USACE and will be used to provide a snapshot of how businesses who participated are capable of providing service to provide construction services for a new Duct Bank and Generator new facility.
