Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes for qualified and experienced sources to provide document-by-document inspection of digitized deck logs on CD to review for classification and completeness in support of The Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC). This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. It is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Government plans to procure these services as Commercial Item as defined in FAR 2.101.
Place of Performance (Site Location): The delivery/performance of this requirement will be in the Naval History & Heritage Command, Washington Navy Yard.
NAICS Code: The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334516, All Other Support Services, and the Size Standard is 1,000 employees.
Period of Performance:.The period of performance for this requirement may be up to three (3) full year upon contract award. Anticipated period of performance is as follows:
Base Period: 06 September 2024 through 05 September 2025
Option Period 1: 06 September 2025 through 05 September 2026
Option Period 2: 06 September 2026 through 05 September 2027
The proposed procurement is a single award, Firm Fixed Price type contract.
