This source sought (FA4497-25-R-Bldg501MissionPlanningCell) is issued solely for the purpose of market research and to obtain information from potential (nationwide) and eligible firms. The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB, DE, is contemplating an Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Service contract for 100% Design Repair of Building 501 Mission Planning Cell which consists of, but is not limited to:a. Architectural floor plan for an office areab. A controlled access area, interior design, with updated HVAC with humidity controls for offices &conference roomsc. Updated communications systemsd. Updated electrical systems.
