Description
The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service-disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 339112, small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. Responses to this synopsis will be used for information and planning purposes only by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide headsets for the participating VA Healthcare facilities.The approximate award date is 7/31/2025 and delivery is expected approximately no more than 90-days after receipt of offers. GENERAL SCOPEThe VA Salt Lake City Healthcare System has a requirement for a blood pressure monitor with the following description: A non-invasive, continuous blood pressure monitor using just a finger cuff to estimate physiologic parameters (cardiac output, stroke volume, cardiac contractility, left ventricular ejection time, and total peripheral resistance).The finger cuff monitoring system will make it so that accurate measurements of blood pressure and the additional parameters outlined above can be determined during physical activity, ensuring patient safety.Salient Characteristics: Double finger cuff system 3 finger cuffs (small, medium, large) Height Correction Unit (HCU)...
