CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY
This is a Sources Sought announcement for THE PURPOSES OF MARKET RESEARCH ONLY in support of “CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY”. The information received will be utilized within the Air Force to facilitate the decision making processes and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid and is not construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720: Janitorial Services. The term of this project is estimated to be one (1) 12 month base period and four (4) - 12 month option periods for both recurring and non-recurring work. This procurement follows the janitorial portion of the incumbent contract: FA568222C0006.
Description of WorkThe contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, vehicles and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at geographically separated areas of Aviano Air Base, Italy (excluding Medical and DeCa facilities), in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, sanitary, and professional appearance as per AFCEC and Air Force Common Operating Levels of Service (AFCOLS) standards.
