The purpose of this amendment is to provide information on Q&A and to revise the proposal submission date and time.
Q&A: One (1) 2-part question was received and is provided below (there is no attachment due to the brevity)
Question:
1a) Is there a government format or template that we need to follow?
Response - There is no government-mandated format for the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) required with proposal submission. Offerors may use their own format, provided all required content is included.
1b) Can we use our vendor template to achieve the task?
Response - Yes. Offerors may use their preferred template; however, the QASP must fully meet the requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), paragraph 4.2. Specifically, the QASP must:
Define the quality requirements of the contract. Describe the methods to ensure those requirements are met, routinely audited, and documented. Address all applicable elements, including manufacturing processes, hardware, software, installation, and continued support. Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of all products and services meet the stated specification requirements.The QASP objective is to ensure that the quality, performance, and reliability of all products and services meet the specification requirements.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE/TIME:
The proposal submission is hereby changed to 21 August 2025, by 11:00 AM Central time.
