The Fort Riley Mission and Installation Contracting and Command (MICC) Office on behalf of the 1st Infantry Division the Big Red One located in Fort Riley Kansas is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Dining Facility Attendants at Installation Dining Facilities located on post. The vendor must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database as not being debarred and being able to receive awards. The awardee must also be preforming under the NAICS code 722310 and Product Service Code S203.
This is Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract for Fort Riley Dining Facility Attendant services on a SOLE SOURCE basis but is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this source sought synopsis. In addition, small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set-aside.
