Description
1. This is a Sources Sought to address an immediate emergency need for Fleet Janitorial Services at Edwards AFB. Attached is a draft PWS which outlines the services which are to be provided. Note that this PWS is subject to change. The Government intends to issue a new contract ASAP to meet these service needs.
2. Interested companies are those that can affirm (1) your company is interested in competing for this future contract and (2) your company can provide the requested services. If the answer to (1) and (2) are both yes, please provide the following information by the Sources Sought Due Date of 18 April 2025 at 03:00 PM.
3. Interested Parties are to provide:
a. Company Name
b. CAGE Code
c. UEI #
d. List of 2 or more recent (within the last 5 years) contracts where similar services were provided, preferably to another Government agency. If none to another Government Agency, please list non-government contracts of similar complexity or scope. Please provide the contract # and POC information (POC Name, phone #, Email Address).
e. Any other information you deem is relevant for the Government to review in establishing a competition pool.

4. This Sources Sought is issued as part of our Market Research in preparation for an anticipated future contract award. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred to respond to this Sources Sought, nor is this a guarantee that a future award will be issued.
5. Interested parties are to provide the five items (#3.a thru 3.e) noted above by the due date outlined in section 2 above. Responses are to be submitted via email ONLY to BOTH of the following individuals: cinthia.arias@us.af.mil and richard.godoy@us.af.mil.
