FY26 Renovate B4502, Mainz-Kastel Station
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of contractors who have the capabilities to complete a project of similar magnitude and scope. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among potential pool of responsible contractors. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this Sources Sought announcement.
1. AGENCY: United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU)

3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Mainz-Kastel, Germany
4. ANTICIPATED PROJECT TITLE: FY26 Renovate B4502, Mainz-Kastel Station
5. ACQUISITION INFORMATION: USACE NAU anticipates soliciting and awarding a stand-alone contract for the renovation of an Army’s Command and Control Facilities (C2F) building using design-bid-build procedures. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
The construction completion period is anticipated to be 1,820 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed.
This acquisition will be solicited for full and open competition (unrestricted). Small and Small Disadvantaged Business requirements are waived for this project due to its location Outside of the Contiguous United State...
