This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. This is not a RFP, RFQ or RFB. No Solicitation is currently available.
The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for the District of Columbia is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide Lodging and Meals for Service Members in Support of the Army Birthday Parade in Washington DC.
The Government is interested in Innovative Commercial Solutions (ie Hotels, Furnished Apartment Buildings, or Environmentally controlled Buildings/Trailers) to meet below objectives:
Lodge 280 Service Members 12-16 June 2025 (4 Nights) Lodge another 275 Service Members 13-16 June 2025 (5 Nights) Proximity to the National Mall (up to 30 miles away, the closer the better) Environmental Control Shower and Restroom Facilities Bed or Cot Hot Breakfast, Bag Lunch, Hot Dinner Multiple Locations is Allowable (fewer the locations the better to maximize Command/Control of Service Members)This will be a best value procurement (Price and Other Factors) “best solution to meet the objectives listed above” using FAR PART 13 Procedures.
Your response MUST include the following:
1) CAGE Code
2) Business Size and Socioeconomic Designation if applicable.
3) Please provide supporting information demonstrating your company is fully capable of meeting the government's requirement. In order to complete this request; please provide your Company-s Capability Statement, Proof of Concept to how you would meet the objectives listed above, similar Federal Contract Numbers.
4) Lead Time Requirement (need contract award NLT date)
5) Any preliminary questions
