1. Purpose
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued solely for market research under FAR Part 10. It is not a solicitation, request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or request for quotation (RFQ). No proposals are being requested or accepted at this time and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. 2. Project Overview
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New York District (NAN), anticipates a Design-Build requirement for the design, fabrication, and installation of new exterior LED digital video displays (digital billboards) at the Armed Forces Recruiting Booth located in Times Square, Manhattan, New York City. The work will include integration of low-voltage control systems and attachment to the existing booth structure, all in compliance with New York City codes, permitting requirements, and coordination with local stakeholders.
