In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.0002 (b)(2) this Request for Information is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor an offer to negotiate or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Responses are strictly voluntary. Respondents will not be compensated, and all information becomes property of the Government upon submission. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to revise and refine contract requirements before the release of any associated solicitation.
PURPOSE: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for construction services to complete the attached scope of work. The work site is main building 500 located in the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVHCS), formerly Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond, VA 23249 for the Renovate SPS OR Vertical Transport | Project # 652-17-103.
