The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal, AL (ACC-RSA) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Engineering Services in support of the Laser HELLFIRE and Joint Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM) collectively referred to as the Air-to-Ground Missile Systems (AGMS). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541330 and the size standard is $47M.
The Government is seeking interested contractors to provide AGMS Engineering Services in support of the Laser HELLFIRE and JAGM systems. The Government intends to solicit and award a 12-month bridge contract extension for additional AGMS Engineering Services and associated travel in accordance with FAR 52.217-9. The AGMS Engineering Services consist of program management, engineering, product assurance, logistics, configuration management, test/evaluation, and production engineering support required to maintain the capability of the Laser HELLFIRE and JAGM systems. The engineering services effort will be awarded on a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) basis, and the associated travel will be awarded on a cost no fee (CNF) basis. The resultant award for the bridge contract extension will consist of four 12-month options for total quantity of 192,500 hours for engineering services along with the associated travel. The Government will not provide funding for facilitation, tooling, or any qualification costs related to the 12-month bridge contract extension.
