Description
The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to comply with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-1(d) posting requirement. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price follow-on Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) to Ocenco Inc. 10225 82ND Ave, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 USA.

The anticipated agreement is a follow-on to BPA number N61331-21-A-0002 that will help acquire EEBDs and EEBD training devices that are CAP 1 certified in accordance with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). The anticipated PSC, NAICS Code, and Size Standard are as follows:

PSC: 4240 - Fire/Rescue/Safety/Environmental Protection Equipment
NAICS Code: 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing
Size Standard: 800 employees

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is intended that no solicitation will be available for this procurement. However, information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for preparation of responses to this notice.

SUBMISSION CONTENT: Written responses are requested to be no more than 10 single-spaced, 8.5 x 11-inch pages using 12-point Times New Roman font minimum.
