All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. IAW FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) Veterans Affairs Police requires a contractor to supply and install a Brand Name, Motorola Police Radio System, providing continuous radios and GPS connectivity throughout the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to supply and install police radio antennas, repeaters, dispatch consoles and handheld radios to provide coverage for up to 25 personnel, a minimum of 3 repeaters, a base station, 3 interoperability external radios, dispatch consoles installed and delivered in September of 2025 after the VA receives the building.Please see SOW for the breakdown of the equipment requested. - Documents:
