Description
This Sources Sought Announcement is for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and VTE Services Contract per the attached Draft Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS) for the following location:
(1) Phoenix Federal Building (AZ0052ZZ) 230 N 1st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
(2) Federal Parking Lot (AZ0051ZZ) 314 N 2nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping & handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, including vertical transportation and all related systems/ services located within the property line of the above listed locations.
This is not a request for proposal or quotes, and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract.
Interested contractors should respond to this sources sought with positive statement of interest and with answers to the requested information on the attached Industry Feedback Request Form.
Please note we are looking to see if 8(a) contractors will still be in the program on 12/1/2030 (120 days prior to the end of the fifth year of the contract).
